01Project Commitment

Rebel Designs operates on a 50% deposit model. Development sprints begin only once the initial deposit is cleared.

02Terms & Intellectual Property

Upon final payment, full intellectual property of the custom code is transferred to the client. Rebel Designs is not responsible for third-party hosting failures or client-side breakages post-handover.

03Privacy & POPIA Compliance

In accordance with the Protection of Personal Information Act 4 of 2013, we treat your data as mission-critical.

  • Project brief information you choose to provide
  • No data is collected passively. No cookies. No tracking pixels.

AI Agent — Automated Marketing System

System Declaration

We operate an automated AI agent that generates and publishes marketing content on our social media accounts (Facebook and Instagram). This system is fully documented and audited under PAIA Section 51.

The agent uses the following operators. No personal information is transmitted to any of these systems.

Anthropic PBC — Claude AI

Marketing copy generation

Data sent: brand configuration prompts only

OpenAI LLC — GPT-4o + DALL·E 3

Content generation + image generation

Data sent: brand configuration prompts only

Meta Platforms Inc.

Facebook + Instagram Graph API — content publication

Data sent: generated post content and images only

Vercel Inc. + Upstash Inc. + GitHub Inc.

Hosting, operational storage, audit log

Data sent: operational metadata only — no personal information

What the Agent Does NOT Do

  • Collect personal information from any individual
  • Contact, message, or respond to any social media user
  • Profile individuals or make automated decisions affecting anyone
  • Share any data with third parties for their own use
  • Deploy cookies or tracking technologies

What the Agent DOES Do (Certified)

  • Generates brand content using AI — reviewed by a human before posting
  • Publishes approved content to Facebook and Instagram
  • Reads publicly visible comments on our own posts (read-only) to identify business enquiries
  • Logs every operation in an immutable PAIA/POPIA audit trail
  • Scans all AI inputs and outputs for personal information before processing

04Your Rights

Under POPIA you have the right to access, correct, or request deletion of any personal information we hold about you. Submit a written request to our Information Officer directly.
