01Project Commitment

Rebel Designs operates on a 50% deposit model. Development sprints begin only once the initial deposit is cleared.

02Terms & Intellectual Property

Upon final payment, full intellectual property of the custom code is transferred to the client. Rebel Designs is not responsible for third-party hosting failures or client-side breakages post-handover.

02aDigital Products — Template Licence & Store

What You're Buying

Premium website templates sold through The Loot Vault are digital products delivered electronically. Each purchase grants you a single-site, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the template for one website only.

Licence Terms

• Use the template for one live website (personal or commercial)
• Modify, customise, and adapt the code freely for your own use
• Use it indefinitely — no subscription, no expiry

• Resell, redistribute, or share the template files with any third party
• Use the template on more than one website without purchasing an additional licence
• Claim original authorship of the template design or code
• Sub-license the template as part of a product or service you sell

No Refund Policy

Download Delivery

Your download link and personalised licence file are emailed immediately and automatically after payment is verified. If you do not receive your email within 10 minutes, check your spam folder, then contact us via WhatsApp at +27 60 578 0813 or email info@rebeldesigns.co.za with your payment reference number.

Payment Processing

All payments are processed securely by Paystack, a third-party payment processor. Rebel Designs does not store your card details. Paystack's own terms and privacy policy apply to the payment transaction. Payments are charged in South African Rand (ZAR).

Support

Each template includes a setup guide written for non-developers. We're happy to answer basic setup questions via WhatsApp or email. Support covers helping you understand how to customise the template — it does not cover custom development work, third-party integrations not included in the original template, or issues arising from client-side modifications.

Placeholder Content

Templates contain placeholder text, images, and dummy data for demonstration purposes only. All placeholder images must be replaced with your own licensed images before going live. Rebel Designs holds no rights to placeholder images and they are not included in your licence.

03Privacy & POPIA Compliance

In accordance with the Protection of Personal Information Act 4 of 2013, we treat your data as mission-critical.

Data We Collect

• Names and email addresses submitted via our contact form or template purchase
• Project brief information you choose to provide
• Order reference, email, and name for template purchases — used solely for delivery of your digital product
• No passive tracking. No cookies. No tracking pixels.

AI Agent — Automated Marketing System

The agent uses the following operators. No personal information is transmitted to any of these systems.

What the Agent Does NOT Do

• Collect personal information from any individual
• Contact, message, or respond to any social media user
• Profile individuals or make automated decisions affecting anyone
• Share any data with third parties for their own use
• Deploy cookies or tracking technologies

What the Agent DOES Do (Certified)

• Generates brand content using AI — reviewed by a human before posting
• Publishes approved content to Facebook and Instagram
• Reads publicly visible comments on our own posts (read-only) to identify business enquiries
• Logs every operation in an immutable PAIA/POPIA audit trail
• Scans all AI inputs and outputs for personal information before processing

04Your Rights

Under POPIA you have the right to access, correct, or request deletion of any personal information we hold about you. Submit a written request to our Information Officer directly.
