Rebel Designs operates on a 50% Deposit Model. Development sprints begin only once the initial deposit is cleared.

2. Terms & IP

Upon final payment, full intellectual property of the custom code is transferred to the client. Rebel Designs is not responsible for third-party hosting failures or client-side breakages post-handover.

3. Privacy & POPIA Compliance

In accordance with the Protection of Personal Information Act 4 of 2013[cite: 14], we treat your data as mission-critical:

Data Collection: We only collect names, emails, and project briefs via our contact form[cite: 16].
Infrastructure: Records are securely processed using Vercel, GitHub, and Groq API[cite: 17, 22].
AI Transparency: We utilize Automated AI Agents to manage social media marketing and posting history[cite: 18, 20]. These agents do not process client personal data[cite: 22].
