Groundwork started in 2015 with a single espresso machine, a small corner space, and a big belief that your morning coffee should taste like someone cared. We source our beans directly from small farms in Ethiopia, Colombia, and Rwanda — roasting in small batches right here in the neighbourhood.

Nine years later, the machine is bigger. The corner is busier. But the belief hasn't changed a bit.
